These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Cruisetastic Travel website and to the travel-planning services provided by Lawrence Brody, an independent travel advisor affiliated with Atlas Coast Travel Group. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Our role as your travel advisor

We act as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers such as cruise lines, resorts, hotels, tour operators, transportation providers and insurers. We do not own or operate any of these suppliers. Your reservations are subject to each supplier’s own terms, conditions, and policies, which you agree to when you book.

Pricing, payments & fees

• Cruisetastic Travel does not charge planning fees. Prices are set by the travel suppliers and are subject to availability and change until booked and confirmed.
• Deposits, final payments and cancellation deadlines are set by the suppliers and will be communicated to you before you book.
• Payments for travel are generally made directly to the supplier or through our host agency using secure processes.

Cancellations, changes & refunds

Cancellations, changes and refunds are governed by the individual supplier’s policies and any travel insurance you purchase. Some payments may be non-refundable. We will help you understand the applicable policies before you commit.

Travel documents & eligibility

You are responsible for ensuring you have valid passports, visas, and any required health or entry documentation. Please see our Client Responsibilities page for more detail.

Limitation of liability

Cruisetastic Travel is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions or defaults of any travel supplier, or for events beyond our reasonable control including weather, delays, strikes, mechanical issues, itinerary changes, or government actions. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. Continued use of the site or our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
