- For travelers we book, additional information required to complete a reservation (for example, passport details, dates of birth and payment information) collected securely when needed.
- Basic website usage data collected through analytics, such as pages viewed and general location, to help us improve the site.

- To respond to your inquiries and prepare personalized travel recommendations and quotes.
- To book and manage travel arrangements you approve, which requires sharing certain details with cruise lines, resorts, our host agency and other travel suppliers.

We share your information only as needed to plan and book your travel — for example, with our host agency, Atlas Coast Travel Group, and with the cruise lines, resorts, insurers and other suppliers involved in your trip.
