My Alaska cruise story

One of my favorite cruise destinations is Alaska. I had the incredible opportunity to sail aboard the Norwegian Jewel, and it was an experience I will never forget.

We stayed in a beautiful one-bedroom suite with a comfortable living area and a luxurious walk-in shower bathroom. One of the highlights was the incredible forward-facing balcony. It was huge! Lounge chairs, comfortable seating, and panoramic views that stretched for miles. Each morning brought something new — spectacular sunrises painting the sky with brilliant shades of pink and orange, snow-capped volcanoes rising above the horizon, and rugged mountain ranges that seemed to stretch forever.

In Sitka, we visited the Fortress of the Bear and saw magnificent brown bears up close while learning about the important work being done to rescue and care for these incredible animals.

Alaska remains one of my favorite cruise destinations because it combines luxury accommodations, breathtaking scenery, amazing wildlife, and unforgettable experiences that last a lifetime.
