Tell me your dream trip — I’ll handle the rest
We take care of the research, recommendations, booking and support. To make sure your travel goes as planned, we ask that you take responsibility for the following.
Travel documents
- Ensuring every traveler holds a valid passport, and where required, visas — with enough validity remaining (many destinations require at least six months beyond your travel dates).
- Meeting any health, vaccination or entry requirements for your destinations.
- Confirming that the names on your reservations exactly match your government-issued travel documents.
Accurate information
- Providing complete and accurate details for every traveler, including legal names, dates of birth and any special needs.
- Reviewing all confirmations, invoices and itineraries promptly and letting us know right away if anything is incorrect.
Payments & deadlines
- Making deposits and final payments by the deadlines set by each supplier — late payments can result in cancellation and lost funds.
- Understanding each supplier’s cancellation and change policies before booking.
During travel
- Arriving on time for flights, sailings, transfers and activities, allowing a sensible buffer.
- Following the rules and policies of cruise lines, resorts and other providers.
- Carrying appropriate travel insurance and emergency contact information.
